Boxing Focus Mitt drill – Speed and power

  1. 20 jabs
  2. 20 crosses
  3. 20 jab crosses
  4. Rest: 10 seconds
  5. 10 upper left hooks
  6. 10  upper right hooks
  7. 10 lower left hooks
  8. 10 lower right hooks
  9. 20 left and right upper hooks
  10. 20 left and right lower hooks
  11. Rest: 60 seconds
  12. 15 left uppercuts
  13. 15 right uppercuts
  14. 20 simultaneous left anf right upper cuts
  15. 10 jab, hook, cross combo
  16. Rest: 60 seconds

Repeat

Muay Thai Pad Drill – Stamina and technique

  1. 20 jab cross combo
  2. 20 jab cross hook combo
  3. 20 left and right upper hook combo
  4. Rest: seconds
  5. Simultaneous knees for 1 minute
  6. Front elbow strike 1 minute
  7. Rest: 40 seconds
  8. 10 front low kick
  9. 10 back low kick
  10. 10 front body kick
  11. 10 back body kick
  12. Rest: 60 seconds
  13. 20 front high kick
  14. 20 back high kick
  15. 20 jab lower back kick
